Easy Banana Cream Pudding

1. In a medium bowl whisk together the milk and pudding mix.

2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and sweetened condensed milk with a whisk or an electric mixer for a couple minutes until smooth and creamy.

3. Add the pudding to the cream cheese mixture and mix until incorporated.

4. In the bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whisk whipping cream on low speed until you see soft peaks form, about 1 minute.

5. Turn mixer to medium speed and slowly add the sugar. Continue mixing until it thickens.

6. Add vanilla and mix about another minute. Do not over mix.

7. Fold 1 cup of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.

8. Press a piece of waxed paper or plastic wrap on top of the pudding to prevent a skin forming and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before layering.

9. In a half pint mason jar, layer about 2 tablespoons of cookie crumbs, 4-6 slices of banana, 1/3 cup of pudding and 1/4 cup whipped cream. Repeat.

10. Finish by sprinkling cookie crumbs on top of the last layer of whipped cream. Refrigerate until serving.

  • 1 (3.5 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 9 oz vanilla wafer cookies (around 40), coarsely crushed
  • 4 medium bananas, sliced
