Brownie Pops

Everything is better on a stick! Enjoy your chewy, chocolatey brownie without getting your hands messy. Dipped in white chocolate and covered with sprinkles...this brownie is perfect for bake sales or just for fun!

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line an 9 x 9 baking pan with parchment paper or grease with baking spray.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

3. Add the butter and oil to a large bowl. Mix until creamy.

4. Add the sugar and mix for a minute.

5. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until well combined.

6. Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet mixture. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

7. Stir in the mini-chocolate chips.

8. Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.

9. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely in pan before cutting.

10. Cut equally into 9- 3” squares.

11. Gently insert a lollipop stick into the end of each brownie square.

12. Heat white chocolate and shortening in microwave safe bowl in the microwave on half power. Start with 1 minute and stir then 15 second intervals stirring in between until chocolate is smooth.

13. Dip squares in white chocolate or drizzle with a spoon.

14. Add sprinkles if desired.

15. Place in cardboard box with holes or on parchment paper to harden.

  • 1/2 cup butter, slightly melted
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 9 lollipop sticks
  • 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons shortening
  • Sprinkles
