1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.

3. Add milk and whisk together until combined.

4. Add cauliflower to bowl and toss until all pieces are coated.

5. Add breadcrumbs and stir until all pieces are coated.

6. Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.

7. Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 25 minutes flipping them halfway through.

8. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and transfer to a large bowl. Add almost all of the Frank’s Red Hot reserving a couple tablespoons to add later. Toss until all pieces are coated.

9. Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and roast another 15 minutes.

10. Remove from oven and brush remaining Frank’s Red Hot over the browned cauliflower pieces. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing, carrots and celery if desired.
