Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Grahams

Easy, fun and ready in less than 30 minutes! Chocolate and peanut butter combined with the crunch of graham cracker make these cute treats a perfect party snack for the kids!


Directions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a medium glass bowl, add the white chocolate chips and half of the peanut butter.

3. Heat chocolate and peanut butter in the microwave on half-power. Start with 1 minute and stir. Then 15 second intervals stirring in between until chocolate is smooth.

4. Dip half of the graham cracker in the white chocolate mixture diagonally. Let excess drip off and lay on baking sheet. Repeat for all graham crackers. You can also use a spoon to help coat the chocolate.

5. Reserve extra white chocolate mixture to use as topping.

6. Place baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to let the chocolate harden.

7. Repeat steps 2-6 using the semisweet chocolate chips.

8. Once chocolate is hardened, heat remaining white and semisweet chocolate mixtures in the microwave on half power until smooth again.

9. Use a spoon or a Ziploc baggie with the tip cut off to decorate drizzle designs on top. Drizzle white chocolate on the semisweet dipped layer and the semisweet on the white chocolate dipped layer.

10. Let cool in refrigerator until hardened for 10-15 minutes.

  • 18 graham cracker square halves, (1 sleeve)
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Notes:

To make sure your lines are perfect...you can also use a pastry bag with a decorating tip. That's how I was able to make the lines so nice in the photo!
