Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cut off the crust of the white bread.

3. Using a rolling pin or your hands, flatten the bread thin.  Set aside.

4. In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese and powdered sugar.


5. Mix with a fork or spoon until incorporated.

6. In a medium shallow bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.  Also, place the melted butter in another medium shallow bowl.

7. Take a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and spread it in the middle of the flattened bread slices.  


8. Carefully roll the bread slices into tight rolls.  The cream cheese should help them stick together.

9. Dip rolled bread into the melted butter and then roll in the cinnamon sugar until completely covered. 

10. Place on the baking sheet evenly spaced apart with the seam side down to prevent opening while baking.

11. Bake for 18-20 minutes until browned and sugar beginning to caramelize.

12. Remove from oven and let cool for around 5 minutes or until crispy.
