Flourless Brownie Cookies

No flour and crazy easy to make! Crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside...just like the edge of a brownie! Dusted with sea salt, these cookies are hard to resist!

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, add the powdered sugar, cornstarch, salt and cocoa. Whisk together until combined.

3. Add the egg whites, egg and the vanilla. With an electric mixer or with a whisk, mix until all the dry ingredients have been incorporated.

4. Fold in the chocolate chips.

5. Using a spoon or transferring batter to a pastry bag, drop tablespoon sized dough on the baking sheets spaced evenly apart. Batter will be runny.

6. Bake for 12-14 minutes until cookies are just set and start to crack on top.

7. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Carefully remove cookies with a spatula.

8. Sprinkle with sea salt.

  • Flaky sea salt for topping
