Lemon Garlic Steak With Zoodles

An incredibly easy and delicious low-carb dinner! Tender, juicy steak with a tangy and spicy marinade, paired with fun and fancy zucchini noodles...or zoodles! The perfect date night meal.

1. Prepare the marinade. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, Sriracha, Worcestershire, black pepper and lemon juice.

2. Add the steak cubes to the marinade. Stir together and let marinate for 20-25 minutes.

3. While steak is marinating, spiralize the zucchinis and place them in a colander.

4. Sprinkle the zucchini spirals with salt and gently toss. Let sit for 10 minutes. This helps draw out the moisture.

5. Gently rinse the salt off zucchini spirals and place on a paper towel lined baking sheet. Pat dry and set aside.

6. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

7. With a slotted spoon, remove the steak cubes from the marinade and place in a single layer in the skillet. Reserve marinade juice for later.

8. Cook steak bites for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally until all sides are browned.

9. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and the garlic.

10. Stir until all steak pieces are drenched.

11. Remove steak cubes from the skillet and set aside.

12. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter, lemon juice, red pepper flakes and remaining marinade. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

13. Add the white wine and let simmer for 2-3 minutes stirring regularly.

14. Add the zucchini spirals and toss them in the marinade mixture.

15. Cook them for 2-3 minutes over medium-high heat.

16. Add the steak cubes back to the skillet to reheat.

17. Stir in parsley and serve immediately.

  • 1-pound sirloin steak, cut into 1” cubes
  • 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
