White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Sweet, chewy and easy to make! The crunch of Macadamia Nuts combined with the sweetness of White Chocolate morsels make this one of my favorite cookies of all time!


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

3. In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, add the butter and beat until smooth and creamy.

4. Add sugar and brown sugar. Blend together.

5. Add the eggs and vanilla. Beat until combined

6. Add flour mixture and mix until just combined.

7. Fold in the white chocolate chips and the macadamia nuts.

8. Scoop the dough into heaping globs (around 2 tablespoons) and place on the baking sheets around 2 inches apart. 6 cookies per sheet.

9. Bake for 11-12 minutes until golden brown on the bottom.

10. Add extra white chocolate chips and nuts for appearance if desired.

11. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped (unsalted and toasted)
